Which proteins to limit in your diet in order to be environmentally friendly.

2. Beef
3. Cheese

5. Farmed Salmon

5 Best Protein Choices for the Environment
1. Milk
2. Beans
3. Tofu
4. Eggs
5. Chicken
No real surprise there for me, except maybe the farmed salmon.  They largely look at the CO2 (equivalent) footprint associated with the farming method and animal type (lambs and cows burping up methane).
